Membership Billing & Payment
How are monthly payments handled?
- Monthly membership fees are automatically billed to the saved debit card on file each month.
- The payment date can be adjusted at the client’s request. However, charges are not limited to the set date.
- For instance, if the payment date is the 16th but the payment fails, the system will attempt to collect the payment on subsequent days until successful.
Your attendance is also not relevant to your obligation to pay monthly for the term of your contract, please be sure to exercise the available options to freeze your membership if you are not able to attend. You May also cancel your membership by submitting a cancellation request. Cancellations within the term of you contract are subject to a $125 fee per the terms of your contract.

What happens if a payment is missed?
- Payments that are 30 days late incur a $5 late fee.
- Payments that are 90 days overdue incur a $20 late fee, and contracts may be accelerated, requiring full payment of the remaining balance.
Can memberships be renewed without paying another activation fee?
- Yes, memberships can be renewed without an additional activation fee if renewed within 4 weeks of expiration.
