Membership Transfers

Can members transfer their membership to someone else?

• Yes, annual memberships at Pro Fitness are transferable.
• A $75 transfer fee applies.
• Members must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance to initiate the transfer process.

Are there restrictions on who can take over a transferred membership?

• The person taking over the membership (transferee) must fall under the same membership classificationas the current member.
  • For example, a student membership can only be transferred to another student with valid proof of enrollment.

How to Start the Transfer Process

1. Submit a written request for the transfer at least 30 days prior to the desired transfer date.
2. Provide the transferee’s details and ensure they meet the classification requirements.
3. Pay the $75 transfer fee at the Pro Fitness front desk.
