Cancellation Policies

How can members cancel their membership?

  • Within the initial 12-month term:
    Members must submit a cancellation request online at least 30 days in advance. A $125 cancellation fee applies.

  • After 12 months (or 6 months, depending on the signed contract):
    Members can cancel their membership at no charge by providing 30 days' notice. Cancellation requests should be sent by email to:
    getfit@profitness.ky


Are refunds given for paid fees upon cancellation?

No, refunds are not offered for previously paid fees, regardless of when the cancellation is processed.
