Why is a Key Fob Required?

At Pro Fitness, key fobs are required for all memberships to ensure reliable and secure access to the facility. 

This helps us:

• Maintain a safe environment for all members.
• Avoid issues such as dead phones or Bluetooth failures.
• Prevent unauthorized access to the facility.

Temporary Bluetooth Access for Day Passes

• Temporary Bluetooth access is available for Day Pass holders through our mobile app.
• This allows members to gain instant access to the facility for short-term use.
• Important: Bluetooth access is only a temporary solution and cannot be used for regular membership access.

How to Get Your Key Fob ($15 KYD)

To transition to long-term access, members must purchase a key fob:

1. Visit Pro Fitness during staffed hours to purchase your key fob.

2. The key fob provides seamless, 24/7 access to the facility.

Why Key Fobs are Essential

• Dependability: Unlike phones, key fobs don’t rely on battery power or app functionality.
• Safety: Bluetooth access is restricted to temporary use for safety and security reasons.
  
  

• Faulty Key Fobs: If your key fob stops working, you can have this replaced free of charge at the facility.
• Damaged/Lost Key Fobs: If your key fob is lost or damaged, you will need to purchase a replacement.
